Responsibilities: • Employ a comprehensive array of financial products and services including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds when presenting clients with solutions• Hire and lead your own group of financial professionals while serving as an associate partner• Gain hands-on experience as a financial professional helping clients develop a long-term strategy to achieve their financial goals • Transition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirements • Join our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program to further your business acumen and expertise while working toward a management position Qualifications: • Some sales experience needed • Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus • Required knowledge and experience working in the insurance or financial services field• Cultural markets knowledge preferred but not required• Highly motivated and goal-oriented professional looking for a challenging yet rewarding occupation• MBA completion within the previous 24 months• Prior management or business owner experience Preferred but not required to apply: • Life and Health License• FINRA registrations; SIE, Series 6 or 7 Qualities that we look for in our Agents: • Strong communication skills• Desire to help others• Strong business acumen• Perseverance in the face of a challenge• Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks/contacts Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 at plan per year About Company: From quality training programs to a competitive compensation package, New York Life offers tremendous support and benefits to our financial professionals.
