This position will be responsible for hiring, training, and overseeing employees, as well as making sure they follow all federal, state, and local regulations. We need a leader who can inspire and direct a high-energy group to achieve their goals in a fast-paced restaurant. Responsibilities: • Verify the quality of all products and services according to the company's criteria• Make sure that all laws and standards for food service sanitation are followed• Build restaurant staff through recruiting, interviewing, and training food service professionals• Create a thorough business plan for the restaurant that takes the local competition, the market, sales revenue, and costs into account• Deliver excellent quality to guests while providing quick service to all customers of the restaurant Qualifications: • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required• Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired• Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills• Previous management or supervisory experience of 1-3 years is required, preferably in the quick service restaurant industry• Prior food service experience managing inventory levels, budgets, and operating costs is required Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 yearly About Company: Slice Street Pizza is a fresh new take-out, delivery, and drive-thru pizza concept, committed to the notion that you should be able to get Great Food, at Great Prices, with Great speed.
