NOW HIRING A FAMILY SERVICE WORKER: The Family Service Worker s upports parents as they identify and meet their own goals, nurture s the development of their children in the context of their family and culture, and advocate s for communities that are supportive of children and families of all cultures . Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors or Associate degree in social services or a related field with two years experience preferred. Family Service Workers must have, within eighteen months of hire, at a minimum, a credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling or a related field.
