Can you meet outcomes with support from talented leaders in child welfare?DUTIESAs a Family Recruitment Specialist, a typical day might include the following:Conduct follow-up calls to people in the community interested in CHSRun a report on recent applications to CHS and adjust recruitment strategies to meet growing need for familiesLook up the answer to 6 questions from potential foster parents about the licensing process and follow up with each familyTravel to meet with a local church interested in hosting a current foster parent for a recruitment eventEnter documentation on recent activitiesReturn a call to the director of the local festival where you have arranged for a tableEmail the CHS Ambassadors group to ask for their help in spreading the word about the Information Meeting later next weekBrainstorm with colleagues new ideas on recruitmentThis job might be for you if:You enjoy talking with people.
