Location: McCook Family Clinic Position: Family Practice PhysicianMcCook Family Clinic, located in McCook, Nebraska, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Practice Physician to join our dedicated healthcare team. As a leading family practice clinic in the region, we are committed to providing comprehensive medical care to individuals and families of all ages. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide primary healthcare services to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Conduct thorough medical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop appropriate treatment plans. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, physician assistants, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems. Educate patients on preventive care measures, lifestyle modifications, and overall wellness to promote healthy living. REQUIREMENTS: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine. Active medical license in the state of Nebraska or ability to obtain one. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based medicine. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience practicing family medicine in a primary care setting. Familiarity with rural healthcare and understanding of the unique needs of rural communities.
