Family Practice OR Internal Medicine Physician Baxter, MN $200k-$250k per year (DOE) We are looking for a motivated Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join our practice full time in Baxter, MN. We are seeking a Physician who enjoys providing high-quality comprehensive patient care to join our team in the beautiful Brainerd Lakes Area with plenty of shopping and outdoor activities year-round. We are looking for a compassionate, yet driven Physician to work closely with our orthopedic department, helping patients improve their functioning and mobility and improve their quality of life! Our patient base includes those suffering from back pain and injuries, as well as acute and chronic joint pain and conditions and the incoming Physician will be providing orthopedic/musculoskeletal care. We prefer the incoming Physician has orthopedic/pain management experience and joint injection/trigger point injection experience is a plus. About us: We are a well-established medical practice that specializes in primary care, convenience care, physical medicine, wound care, women's health, men's health and more, as we aim to be a one stop shop for all our patient’s needs. We have a well-respected and knowledgeable team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, physical therapists, CMA's and support staff. We strive to provide high-quality comprehensive patient care. We have a wonderful support staff that is cheerful, compassionate, and capable. Duties: Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visit Consult with referring Physicians/Healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed Develop and implement treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs Educate patients on diagnosis, potential treatment options, lifestyle changes, and rehab/modalities Treatments to include joint and trigger point injections Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, and chart patients progress Collaboration with the orthopedic dept. and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude Requirements: BCBE Family practice or Internal Medicine Physician MD/DO Licensed in MN Ortho/Sports Medicine, pain management, Joint injection and trigger point injection experience is a plus Schedule: Full time Compensation (range): $200k-$250k per year (DOE) Benefits: Continuing education reimbursement License renewal coverage Paid holidays Paid time off Health insurance reimbursement 401k with 4% match Dental insurance Vision insurance Disability insurance Bonus compensation potential We are looking to change the world, helping people find their best health and their path to wellness through excellent care.
