Wonderful outpatient primary care clinics with multiple locations across Arizona such as Flagstaff, seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Physicians to provide care to patients in their beautiful and friendly communities. Opening for OB/GYN as well! $7,500 sign on bonus, competitive pay and great comprehensive benefits package. Family Medicine Physician Schedule: Week days, 5 (8) hour shifts or 4 (10) hour shifts Full-Time, Direct Hire Permanent position Family Medicine Physician Requirements: Have earned an MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine residency Be board eligible or board certified Have a preference for or experience in an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility 3-5 years of experience preferred Family Medicine Physician Benefits: Sign on bonus of $7,500! Being supported financially through loan repayment possibilities and by having malpractice and tail coverage covered by the Federal Tort Claims Act at no cost to you Great work schedule opportunity to work 4 10 hour shifts!
