We are hoping to find a team member who is looking to start a transition into a group private practice. We take care of all your credentialing and marketing, so by the time you are ready to see clients, you have a vibrant caseload that is tailored to the population you want to see. Joining The Prevail Team means you will be able to enjoy all the luxuries of working as a licensed mental health provider in private practice BUT without the private practice headache! We are independently owned and you will get to work next to other great mental health professionals, not just be another employee. We offer W2, health insurance, and a possible signing bonus. Our dedicated front and back office team will spoil you and take care of all administrative tasks so you can focus on what's important, client care. Responsibilities:• Looking for a slow transition into private practice and ready for a full-time caseload by June 2024.• Maintain all CEUs required to keep your state license valid.• Perform therapeutic counseling/therapy for the specific population that you enjoy serving. We will discuss the population you feel the most comfortable with and if you have any specialties.• After sessions, client notes, treatment plans, safety plans, or continuity of care must be completed.• After-school/work hours and working with different populations will help create a solid caseload.• Client sessions are in-office at our physical location in Conroe, TX.• W2, health insurance, and possible signing bonus.• We also take care of insurance credentialing.• No need to market yourself. We are established and have health referral sources.• We cover your Malpractice Insurance.• Salary options are available.• No Administrate tasks. See the clients you want to see, write your notes, and go home. Qualifications:• Must have a Master's Degree or higher.• Must have and maintain State of Texas license as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist.• Associates and LMSWs are deferred at this time. • Maintain all CEUs required to keep your state license valid.• Maintain fully licensed professional license throughout employment.• Working with diversified age and client population will determine full-time or part-time caseload.• Provide clinical therapy for children 6+, adolescents, adults, families, and marriage/couples.• Additional certifications or experience is a plus! Play Therapy, Directive Play Therapy, EMDR, DBT, etc. Compensation: $40 - $52 hourly About Company: Prevail Counseling is a mental health private group practice serving Texas residents since 2008.
