NON - EXEMPT Brighton Center, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization with the mission to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership. Purpose: The Stable Families Family Centered Coordinator is a dynamic, mission driven coach who partners with families, as they journey from crisis, to stability, to long-term stability. The ideal candidate must have a desire to provide strength-based Family Centered Coaching, a willingness to be a part of a strong, diverse community, and a passionate belief that each person has inherent worth and dignity and the ability to become self-sufficient. Job Responsibilities: Provide direct services to families at risk of homelessnessAssess barriers to housing stability and identify appropriate solutions and resourcesConnect families to family support services, financial education, and workforce development programsEngage in record maintenance, data entry, and file documentation to ensure program compliance and service deliveryBuild trusting relationship with customers and attend community eventsMaintain and build relationships with community partners Requirements: A minimum of 1 year experience with case management, family centered coaching, and resource advocacyExcellent customer service skills and a customer first attitudeCommitment to cultural competency and a deep understanding of the significance of diversity, equity, and inclusionExcellent documentation and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointA licensed driver and reliable transportation What we offer: Competitive Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits Retirement Plan-employer contribution of 4% of gross salary for 403b and additional 2% match optionGenerous Vacation and Sick Leave11.5 Paid HolidaysChildcare DiscountAgency Life and Long-Term Disability InsuranceProfessional DevelopmentEducation Awards This is a non-exempt position with an hourly wage of $17 or $18 salary range If you are interested in this position, please log on to !
