We are a progressive non-profit organization with almost 200 employees and an annual operating budget of nearly $10 million. Dickinson Center, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for a Mental Health Worker to work on a Family Based team to provide direct treatment services to children, adolescents, and families. This position uses the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy model and other treatment modalities. This is a full time position with non-traditional hours; Monday - Friday with a flexible schedule and possible weekends. QUALIFICATIONS : Education This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a social service related field (e.g. psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, education, theology, or psychiatric nursing). Experience A minimum of two years' experience working in a CASSP system, and/or an appropriate equivalent level of education and training as determined, and approved by the Office of Mental Health. Certifications & Licenses This person must possess a current and valid driver's license and the ability to travel Position requires enrollment in the WPIC FBMH Training Program Reliable transportation is necessary TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: This position requires an active driver's license and a DMV check that is clear. Position may require travel in the communities served or state of Pennsylvania for position requirements 10% of the time.
