A company is looking for a Compliance Officer - Fair Lending Governance. Key Responsibilities Assist with Fair Lending risk assessments and control reviews Engage with lines of business to identify risks and monitor remediation activities Lead and assist with Fair Lending-related examinations and audits Required Qualifications 3 to 5+ years of Fair Lending Compliance experience or equivalent financial services compliance experience Bachelor's degree; CRCM certification is a plus Knowledge of internal controls, risk assessments, and compliance testing processes Experience working with diverse teams and managing relationships across various levels Ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment
