F aculty members are primarily responsible for the teaching and learning process in the classroom. F aculty member s facilitate and ensure student learning and mastery of course, program, and institutional learning outcomes as defined in the curriculum and course syllabi . Fac ulty are supported and supervised by the Academic Dean, Program Director and/or Division Manager. What We Offer: The targeted starting pay range for this position is between $35-$50 per hour. Our benefits program for part-time colleagues (working at least 20 hours per week) includes paid vacation and state-compliant sick leave. We offer a 401k profit-sharing plan with a discretionary match and tuition assistance to employees and their family members beginning your first day of employment.
