ROLE IN ONE SENTENCE: Ensure Grace Ministries' three facilities are in excellent condition, set up properly, clean, presentable and ready for use. OWNERSHIP OF: Maintaining clean facilities by performing weekly duties and daily spot cleaning in all public areas of the building, including bathrooms, sanctuary, kitchens, and meeting rooms Setup and teardown of spaces in our facilities Ensuring facilities are secured for the evening, as needed Reporting all facility deficiencies and damages to supervisor Taking inventory of cleaners and other supplies and submitting requests when items need to be replenished. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have knowledge of and observe proper chemical handling procedures when working with cleaning agents Must have knowledge of proper use of appropriate personal protective equipment based on job duties, including wearing gloves, goggles, or masks Must be able to follow written or verbal instructions as provided by supervisors Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds
