Job Description Facilities Supervisor oversees the development and supervision of the day-to-day operations and maintenance. The incumbent will be responsible for cleaning as well the smooth functioning of housekeeping operations for a private school and managing a team of 6 housekeepers. Shift time: 1500 - 2330 Job Responsibilities • Ensures the effective maintenance and operation of buildings, grounds, equipment and hardware by utilizing efficient planning and scheduling and ensuring work is completed according to applicable regulations and standards. • Leads, supervises, and performance manages facilities staff and is accountable for the area’s operational planning as well as resource allocation and utilization. • Organize, plan, coordinate, execute, monitor and deliver minor work projects. • Assist with major projects when required. • Ensuring that work orders and service requests are completed in a timely, efficient manner. • Order/purchase of supplies.
