Description:
The Facilities Management III position is responsible for testing, operating, and maintaining plant equipment and systems on a multi-building campus. Successful candidates will be required to perform major and minor construction, installation, and remodeling including electrical, mechanical, plumbing and carpentry. Other requirements include recommending and ordering parts, supplies, and materials. This position also must correspond with manufacturers, contractors, and service technicians and oversee the work performed. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or graduate equivalency diploma (GED); or 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
