Our client, a real estate investor located in Midtown, Manhattan, is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Facilities Manager to join their NYC team. The hours are 9am-5pm with flexibility for overtime and this role is in the office five days a week.Responsibilities: Direct the performance of all maintenance service requests, ensuring that work is accomplished efficiently Manage and administer leases/subleases, including the inputs for accounting and reporting processes into Space Management System Plan and coordinate operational processes and devise ways to streamline Coordinate and manage moves Analyze workplace survey comments and implement actions/improvements Oversee all communications on lease negotiations/renewals, office expenditures, and budget allocations Project manage all new office construction, renovation of existing offices, and incorporation of acquired offices Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration or facility management preferred 5+ years of experience required with at least one to two years in a management capacity Has managed/facilitated an entire office move Familiarity with HVAC, contract negotiation and establishing new vendor relationships Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong math and analytical skills Compensation/Benefits: Up to $130-140K base depending on experience + bonus 100% company paid medical, dental, and vision 401K with up to 6% match 20 PTO days (15 vacation, 5 personal) plus holidays Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
