Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for various facilities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Work closely with facility managers and maintenance teams to plan and prioritize tasks effectively. Monitor and update schedules to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities while minimizing downtime. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to schedule service visits and coordinate work orders. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, schedules, and equipment history. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the scheduling process. Qualifications: Proven experience in scheduling or coordinating facility maintenance activities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast: paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and scheduling software (e. g. CMMS). Knowledge of facility management principles and best practices is a plus.
