What a typical day as a Facilities Maintenance Technician might look like: Maintain the general facility including: buildings and grounds while keeping record of all maintenance and service activities using Microsoft Outlook and Excel Coordinates with other department heads and staff to determine vehicle and facility maintenance needs and requirements Determine the most appropriate repair facility for any necessary vehicular maintenance and repair; schedule with repair facilities all necessary vehicular maintenance and repair; ensure vehicles arrive at and are picked up from repair facilities in a timely manner Performing preventative maintenance and repairs on building and automation systems Communicating parts usage to maintain inventory levels This job might be an outstanding fit if you: HSD, or equivalent education, is required Six months of related experience and/or combination of experience of technical certification/degree. Ability to work outside in changing weather conditions OSHA-10 Certification and/or CDL Licenses, preferred Ability to travel from county to county within the State of Indiana What happens next?
