The Real Estate & Workplace Division is looking for a Temporary Employee to support our Facilities team. The Facilities team handles all day-to-day business operations for our trusted brands of healthcare staffing that provide temporary and permanent placement for healthcare providers nationwide . Our phone attendants are the first contact with the organization and provide professional quality servic e to greet, screen and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate extension . As a Temporary Employee , supporting the Facilities team , you will ensure the business operation al functio n s a re not interrupted , for the duration of the absence of the Facilities te am. *This temporary position is for ONE WEEK ONLY and is IN OFFICE. Must be available to come into the office on Monday, May 13 - Friday , May 17. B usiness hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Including one day of on-site, paid training the week before.* Responsibilities * Phone attendant : A nswer all incoming business calls, utilize business directory to transfer caller to the appropriate extension . Take messages and ensure information is delivered accurately. Qualifications * Ability to work independently with little direct supervision. * Capable of making decisions quickly and accurately. * Excellent attention to detail and effective prioritization of multiple tasks . * Must be able to lift and move up to 25 lbs. * Receptionist /Administrative experience Education & Experience * High school diploma or equivalent. * At least one year of receptionist/administrative experience, preferably in a sales environment. * Comfortable multitasking, prioritizing, and interacting with customers. * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, fluent , organized, and detail oriented. * Knowledgeable of medical specialties and understands the different divisions and company brands. * Proficient with Microsoft products including but not limited to; Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel. For this position, we offer a pay of $15-20/hour. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
