PRIMARY PURPOSE: To provide a safe, secure, and functional work environment while delivering high quality facility support services to CBC branch and administration buildings and staff. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Practice CBC core values: Make It Right -CBC pledges to do the right thing for our credit union by providing the greatest benefit possible to our members and our community Make It Easy -CBC pledges to provide easy financial solutions, convenient locations, efficient service and simplified processes Make It Personal -CBC pledges to nurture deep, personal relationships with members, based on their individual needs and preferences Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, coordinate the department with credit union initiatives and perform operational tasks related to property management, including but not limited to, work orders, maintenance, vendor engagement, space planning, security, imaging, and document management. Ensure that all building systems, equipment, and workspaces are in proper working order. Ensures that project/department milestones and goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges. Maintains accurate records of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, Fire/Life Safety, and other essential equipment and systems. Schedules and tracks Facilities service and preventative maintenance appointments. Monitors and ensures vendor compliance for CBC contracts. Scan, index, file, and retrieve CBC records and documents. Ensures facilities maintenance work follows safety standards, conforms to specifications, and work orders are tracked and completed within budget guidelines. Prepares vendor bid specifications for CBC. Procures and purchases supplies, equipment, and material. Directs the maintenance of all building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management. Prepares and implements preventative maintenance schedules. Formulates and tracks project process and inputs. Develops and maintains office forms and procedures for Facilities. Operates office machines (e.g., mail machine, copier) and tools (e.g., ladder, drill) as required. Assist with selection, modification, and furnishing of new and existing workspaces. Composes correspondence, reports, requests, and other material. Meets regularly with the Facilities Manager. Prepares and processes outgoing mail. Manages keys and temporary access Cards. Manages CBC's shared calendar Orders, verifies, and delivers business cards and name badges. Orders and re-stocks kitchen items and refreshments. Performs other duties as assigned. Ability to work on a consistent basis on scheduled days and at scheduled times. Knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC regulations as they apply to this role. Must complete annual required training and ensure their team adheres to all regulatory requirements including annual and role specific training. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or graduate equivalency diploma (GED) required and one to three years related experience. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : This position has no supervisory responsibilities. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential duties of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties. While performing the duties of this job, the physical demands may vary. For the most part, this position is of light physical activity performing non-strenuous daily tasks. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to sit and constantly required to use both hands for keyboarding and simple grasping. Employee is frequently required to bend/twist neck. Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with hands to fingers on a constant basis. Position requires occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing, pulling, and climbing stairs. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work area is well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation. The noise level is moderate. May be subject to a variety of outdoor weather conditions (i.e. rain, wind, cold and hot temperatures, etc.) while traveling to other branches such as doing outside walk-throughs with vendors. WORK SCHEDULE: Workweek will be 40 hours with some overtime as needed . Occasional attendance at meetings before or after scheduled hours may be required. Management reserves the right to change any employee's work schedule to meet the operational needs of the Credit Union. Furthermore, management reserves the right to reassign any employee, either temporarily or permanently, to work at another credit union location. TRAVEL: Branch to branch travel (up to 10%).
