Facilities Assistant Industry: Education Location: Newport, Isle of Wight Hours: 12pm - 4.30pm Days: Monday - Friday Duration: Immediate start for 2 months initially, may be extended for the right candidate Duties: Assisting Estates team in general interior and exterior property maintenance including painting, ground maintenance, removing litter and cleaning. Ensuring adherence to health and safety. Experience: Must have good level of general property maintenance or caretaking experience and an understanding of health and safety and COSHH. Must be able to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team. Must be physically fit due to the nature of duties.
