Hours - 37.5 Monday - Friday; 8:00-4:00pm Rate - £10.42 PAYE Location - Glasgow • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills • You are self-motivated and able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment • You are able to meet admin KPIs • You have an excellent telephone manner • You can successfully work to tight timelines in a busy working environment • You have a proactive approach and the ability to problem solve • You are customer focused • Provide data processing services for the Engineering function in respect of a Maintenance Management system MMS • Management of reactive maintenance requests ensuring they are actioned within SLA • Updating asset database to ensure accurate data • Be an active member of the facilities service to ensure effective day to day running of the department, to provide an exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers • Carry out any other administration duties necessary for the efficient operation of the facilities department • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated high level of organisation & time management skills, particularly in an environment with multiple, and sometimes conflicting priorities • PC literacy skills including the use of software and systems including MS Office and MS Teams • Data input experience required • Maths and English Standard Grades/National 5s/O-Levels • You are a great communicator with different people at different levels. • You are an excellent judge and decision maker. • You are a highly effective problem solver. • You.
