Description:
FACILITIES MAINTENANCE We are looking for a problem solver and someone who work independently demonstrating a strong work ethic. Some responsibilities include: Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, structures and systems throughout facility. Performs minor repair work in one of more of the following areas; electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and/or paint. Performs utility and structural repairs as needed in collaboration with external tradespersons. Documents and maintains records of inspections and work performed pursuant to regulations and warranty/vendor requirements. Maintains budgetary responsibilities for the maintenance department. Is on call for emergencies.
