Job Summary: Fabrication & Assembly Worker Salary: Negotiable based upon experienceShifts: 8 hr shifts Morning & Evening available Mon-Fri Overview: As a Fabrication & Assembly Worker, you will collaborate with members of the fabrication team to ensure timely delivery of fabricated components to the assembly areas. Your primary responsibilities will include operating CNC laser, waterjet, and brake press machines, along with other fabrication tasks as needed. Job Responsibilities: - Efficiently operate machines within the fabrication department.- Accurately record inventory transactions and labor times.- Utilize SAP to access information such as inventory levels.- Demonstrate internal motivation to ensure successful implementation of laser, waterjet, and brake press operations.- Perform MIG/TIG Welding and possess relevant certification.- Continuously seek opportunities to improve fabrication efficiency and document cost savings. Education & Experience: - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a fabrication and job shop environment.- Proficiency in operating various machines including auto saw, shear, ironworker, press brake, CNC plasma table, laser jet, water jet, and tube bender.- Preferably, experience in programming and layout with CNC nesting software.- Ability to read blueprints.If you meet these qualifications and are eager to contribute to our fabrication team, we encourage you to apply for the Fabrication & Assembly Worker position.
