Job Title: Web Programs Task Leader Job Summary: This position is in support of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Communications (AOC). Web Programs & Governance is AOC's communications program to communicate with employees and the public. The Web Programs Task Leader will provide support for the strategic direction and day-to-day activities needed to administer the governance, management, and continued funding of the agency's communications products and channels. Responsibilities Include: Making recommendations on the strategic direction for the communications and outreach function of the program Supporting FAA employees in their awareness of, adoption of, and adherence to FAA's web standards and policies, including website and application templates and styles Performing website content maintenance and improvement, analysis, information architecture, page layout and design, development, implementation, and documentation Ensuring that products adhere to Section 508 & accessibility (WCAG v2.0 AA) requirements Conducting regular analysis of websites, content, and applications, and create web analytics reports to include customer feedback reports, dashboard reports, and custom reports, when directed by the COR Conducting analysis, planning, and documentation of information architecture Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree 5+ years of recent and relevant experience Desired: Master's degree Project Management Professional (PMP), Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP) or equivalent project or program management certification Work Setting and Environment: Monday - Friday, normal working hours Work is to be performed remotely Some travel for meetings may be required How FedWriters Will Compensate and Appreciate You: FedWriters offers team members the opportunity to gain a lasting impression in this fast-growing small business.
