At Inter Continental Edinburgh The George Hotel, we have an exciting opening to join our team as a F&B Team Leader at our Burr and Co outlet… We are looking for someone who can commit to Full-Time, across 5 shifts per week. Being flexible would be a great plus! We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means we can offer great flexibility if required. At Inter Continental, we pride ourselves in maintaining service of the highest standards, intertwined with local culture wisdom and international know-how. We are paying £13.20 per hour (£27,456.00 per annum), all overtime is paid for. As a F&B Team Leader in our Burr and Co outlet, your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our F&B managers to ensure that Burr and Co is running smoothly and that our guests are receiving 5 service throughout. You will support by dealing with any high-level service recoveries, training any of our new starts and managing your shift in the absence of an F&B manager. We aim to make international travel more alluring by offering a ‘Slice of the Inter Continental Life’, providing a sophisticated and cosmopolitan stay for our guests. To be part of our charismatic team…the key skills & experience you’ll ideally already have are: Experience working within a Cafe, Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager Passion for providing an excellent guest service, you will be someone who enjoys interacting with guests to ensure they are having a uniquely personal experience! Experience developing and coaching team members to make sure that they are performing at their best Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
