Stapp Interstate Toyota is hiring! We are looking for an organized and motivated individual to write service for our express service department. This position is a great opportunity to get into the industry. Our dealership is family owned and operated, and has ample room for growth, both professionally and personally! **No prior service experience is required however a great attitude and drive for customer satisfaction is.** Responsibilities Performing vehicle maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty. Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication. Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order. Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate. Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Experience as an express/quick lube technician is preferred Attention to detail Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record Benefits Life Insurance Health Insurance (a portion paid by employer) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Five day work week: No Sundays Most major holidays off Award winning service department Elite 8 Award Peak Performer Presidents Award
