Role: The Experiential Marketer will work within our marketing team & will be responsible for overseeing the consumer experience through planned consumer engagement events, Seltzers Smokehouse Tour Experience, our Direct to Consumer (D2C); (SeltzersOutletstore.com, Amazon), brick and mortar & social media content creation. We are looking for a highly motived self-starter able to problem-solve, effectively manage time, be analytical, highly organized and detail oriented. Strong communication skills are required to effectively share Smokehouse Experience and bridge the tour experience to our products. You will be responsible for… Sharing the story of the Seltzers Smokehouse Experience during guided tours and consumer events. Leading a team of associates. Work closely with staff to train and guide them on basic daily tasks such as packing and shipping Ecommerce fulfillment, stocking shelves, rotating products & ordering inventory. Assigning work schedules to meet the needs of D2C fulfillment and brick & mortar operation. Our brick & mortar location, open 9:00 - 4:00 Monday through Saturday: NO evenings or Sundays. Core Responsibilities: Recruiting, interviewing, hiring & managing in-store staff Creating employee schedules, assigning schedules and responsibilities to employees, checking to see if these responsibilities and assignments are carried through in the store Training new employees and providing ongoing education for employees Evaluating staff based on performance-based metrics Setting criteria for staff, such as sales performance and customer approval or complaints Providing staff financial goals and sales targets to meet on a scheduled basis Managing operations; both retail store and company Helping to create advertising campaigns for attracting new customers, retaining current customers and helping to create both in and outside store promotions for attracting customers Scheduling and managing Smokehouse tours Fulfillment shipping for Ecommerce & local fundraising events A 4-year college degree in business or 3+ years of relevant experience is preferred. Experience in D2C fulfillment & retail operations are a plus.
