We are a Specialty Coatings Company based in Fitchburg MA. We are a small company, but extremely busy. We are looking for experienced tradespeople. We are willing to train the right people, however, individuals having experience with the following are preferred: urethane mortars, 100 % solid coatings, troweled down epoxy, self-level epoxy, concrete prep, decorative concrete. The ideal candidate has some/all of the following characteristics: Organized Great Communication Skills Valid Driver's License Leadership & Independent thinking Ability to work in a team environment Ability to work a flexible schedule When submitting your information please provide the following: Current resume and/or your job history for the past 3 years. Any project management/leadership positions you've held If you have run crews or managed teams of others please elaborate on your experience. Let us know of any skills that separate you from other candidates or projects you've done. Pay Rate is $17-25 per hour depending on experience. We are looking for trust worthy individuals who want to be team players. We have high expectations. We know people are not perfect but we expect our end results to be.
