The Brothers That Just Do Gutters of MetroWest Boston, MA is looking to hire a full-time Lead Gutter Installer to install and service systems while providing great customer service for our clients. Don't settle for a fixer-upper career, join us! nn QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD GUTTER INSTALLER n n 2+ years of gutter installation and repair experience n Fascia and soffit replacement and repair experience n Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills n Safety focused and OSHA 10 certified n A desire to train and mentor new and less experienced employees n A desire to provide quality control for a wide range of residential gutter projects n A team-oriented mentality focused on continual learning and professional growth n 18 years old or older n Valid driver's license with a good driving record n Ability to work overtime and Saturdays n n Are you dedicated to continuous learning and professional development?
