Day-to-Day: As our Experienced Forklift Mechanic, you expertly diagnose and repair forklifts of various makes and models. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance like oil changes, greasing chassis, and conducting 120-point inspections. You'll dive into full brake jobs, timing belt replacements, water pump installations, and thermostat repairs with precision. As a master of your craft, you'll rebuild hydraulic cylinders, replace hydraulic hoses, and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently. Your expertise will shine as you replace wear and tear components such as starters, alternators, and batteries - all while maintaining detailed records of your work! Qualifications: 10+ years of experience as a mechanic Hydraulic or diesel experience Your own tools A clean driving record Having construction or equipment mechanic experience, experience in manual troubleshooting, and the ability to read and follow electrical diagrams or schematics would be a huge plus!
