The Opportunity: Fifth Avenue Financial is looking for a financial advisor with experience to join our team. Compensation is 100% commission, earnings are directly related to performance. Our office is located in New York, NY and candidates are expected to come into the office on hybrid basis. Job Responsibilities: Build a portfolio of customers and offer financial advice tailored to their specific needs and objectives Analyze customer financial situations and provide tailored financial services and insurance products Develop customized financial plans for clients that are tailored to their specific goals and objectives Monitor markets, research financial products, and stay updated with new developments in the financial sector Provide customer service to current and potential MassMutual customers Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as finance, accounting, or economics Resident insurance license, Life & Health Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the financial services industry Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good knowledge of risk management and investment strategies Nice-to-haves: Series 6 or 7 CFP certification Knowledge and proficiency in the use of CRM software and financial data analysis tools Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize Proficiency in MS Office
