As an Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of epoxy floor coatings for residential and commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and have a passion for creating visually stunning and durable flooring solutions.Responsibilities: * Installing Epoxy and Polyaspartic flooring * Utilizing a Machine Grinder to prep the floor * Collaborating with team to ensure customer plans and details are laid out correctly * Clearing workspace from dust, debris, and appliances * Ensuring you have all of the materials needed in your vehicle to get the job done correctly * Educating clients about suitable care for their floors * Lead Installers are responsible for ensuring that the job is completed to the highest level of standards.Preferred Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in epoxy flooring installation. * In-depth knowledge of various concrete coating systems, including decorative and solid-color options. * Strong understanding of surface preparation techniques, including grinding and repairing concrete. Proficient in epoxy mixing, blending, and application methods to achieve desired textures and finishes. * Skilled in troubleshooting and addressing potential challenges during the installation process. * Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship. * Effective communication and customer service skills. * Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various environmental conditions. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Experience with additional flooring systems. * Familiarity with different types of concrete coatings. * Strong knowledge of concrete preparation and repair techniques.Physical demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
