Summary Children's Campus is so much more than a daycare or child care center. We are an early care and education program looking for experienced, enthusiastic early childhood educators/daycare providers to create engaging environments, support nurturing relationships, and facilitate developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children between the ages of 3-5. Duties Applicant's duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Building responsive, nurturing relationships with children, families, and co-workers Supervising children Providing a safe, healthy, engaging learning environment to support the whole child Planning developmentally appropriate learning activities and experiences Exceeding the Department of Health's Child Care Licensing rules and regulations Meeting quality early learning standards Recording children's development and building portfolios Positively guiding children's behaviors Effectively communicating with children, families, and co-workers Documenting required duties and responsibilities Requirements Applicants must meet the following requirements: A commitment to children and families Desire to make changes to improve the quality of the current program Continual quest to enhance professional development and education A Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card A negative TB test within the last 12 months A high school diploma or equivalent 6 months experience in a licensed facility. Ability to lift 40 pounds and play on the floor with children Nice To Haves The perfect applicant would have: A bachelor or associate degree in early childhood education, a college certificate in early childhood education, a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or the willingness to obtain any of the mentioned items.
