HFG are currently working with a leading London insurer in search of their next Expense Analyst. The role will be responsible for managing the GM (EMEA) monthly and quarterly expense reporting cycle, annual expense planning / forecasting process, and the development of new and existing expense reporting capabilities. Responsibilities: The implementation, development, and management of monthly cost centre reporting for Global Markets service and operating companies. Acting as the local Global Markets business partner for expense reporting to key stakeholders. To include variance analysis and commentary, for cost centres, segments, and legal entity views. Lead partner for the production and ownership of the annual expense plan, for the underwriting (Direct), underwriting support (Shared Direct) and functional support (Shared) cost centres of Global Markets. Profile: Part qualified or qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent. 3:5 years experience in an FP and A role or expense planning role. An in depth understanding of the corporate expense planning and reporting process and cycles. Proficient in the use of Power point, Excel (Intermediate level) and Word. Ability to prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met and the ability to review own work with attention to detail. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
