St. Mary's Early Childhood Center (SMECC) in Indianapolis is searching for a mission-driven, strategic leader to serve as the next Executive Director. The Executive Director passionately serves as the leader and chief spokesperson for our student-centered, Reggio-inspired, nationally accredited, and state-licensed preschool that is committed to providing the best possible education for all children, especially those living in poverty and/or dealing with adversity. The Executive Director serves as the leader in the areas of Leadership & Governance, Operational Vitality, Academic Excellence, and Mission & Catholic Identity. The SMECC Executive Director focuses on strategic planning and initiatives, board engagement, and donor relations. Applications will be accepted until April 28, 2023, or until filled.
