Position is executive level, including scheduling and managing 24 full/part time Cooks (5:30 am/10 pm) high volume seafood/Cajun restaurant...featuring seafood buffet/breakfast and lunch buffet. Must be willing to work 60 hours per week, including nights and weekends (Closed Sundays and Major Holidays) capable of doing all line/chef duties on any day. Owner wishes to retire and will train person who has basic skills/education/experience necessary to perform job. Restaurant adjoins 75 unit Best Western hotel(owned by restaurant owner) Applicant must live within 10 minutes. Housing available in package. Assist with moving expenses for right applicant!Requirements:Good health with clean(zero drug tolerance) long night hours and flexible shift work..no straight days shift. Closed Sunday and all major holidays.Purchasing experience necessary. Chef/cook training necessary.
