We are looking to immediately hire a Chauffeur Manager for our luxury transportation company. This is a very busy fast paced environment Responsibilities include: Manage and train chauffeurs to meet client expectations and ensure satisfaction Evaluates individual performance reviews and overall team effectiveness with upper management Monitor team performances and provide tools when necessary Handle appropriately communications of a sensitive and confidential nature Support our operations by assisting members during peak periods and during staff shortages Recruit, interview and hire chauffeur/bus driver candidates Conduct chauffeur training for new hires Develop and maintain driver/chauffeur policy and training manuals Conduct regular chauffeur meetings and recurring training Perform frequent quality control inspections Act as a direct point of contact for driving staff Utilize industry standard chauffeur training materials, software, videos, and best practice safety training Requirements: Driving: 5 years (Preferred) Driver's License (Required) Skills: Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Attention to detail Able to clearly present information both verbally and in writing Excellent listening, writing, and communication skills Strong work ethic and time management skills Job Posted by ApplicantPro
