The Appleton YMCA is hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant. This position creates a direct & positive impact on the mission of the YMCA, assisting in the day-to-day functions of the District Executive Director and the Appleton branch management team. As the executive assistant, you'll also support operational & member needs, facilitate maintenance requests, fundraising acknowledgments, supply & inventory management, special event planning and the tasks related to the Board of Directors and Committee preparations. Being an admin assistant makes you an invaluable resource and an amazing asset to the entire Appleton branch as well as our entire YMCA of the Fox Cities association.
