We are seeking a talented Event Sales Manager to join our client’s team and play a key role in driving revenue growth through strategic event sales initiatives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for building strong customer, client and vendor relationships, while seamlessly managing events like weddings from start to finish, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! This is a direct hire position with our client in Tucson, AZ. Salary: From $50,000 + Commission & Comprehensive Benefits Package Must Haves: End to end Catering/Wedding/Social event experience Previous experience selling events Flexible schedule - requires nights/weekends Previous experience in sales, vendor/customer relationship management Work 20-30 hrs at the Restaurant and 10-20 hours offsite at events, trade shows, fairs, vendor meetings, etc. What you’ll do: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize event bookings. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners. Collaborate closely with the event planning team including catering & operations, to ensure seamless execution of events. Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients like business owners, brides, etc. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable business deals. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Provide world class customer service to both internal and external customers Document and organize all transactions, information and event plans Support Restaurant staff, assisting Front Office, Catering Sales, etc. capturing potential business and assisting the team where needed 360 Talent Avenue is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
