Do you have an interest in leading an outdoor special event crew? "There's more to explore" as Event Lead. Apply online today.Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.We are one park district, one community. Supervise the operation of events and oversee set up and tear down. This includes, but is not limited to, moving fence, setting up tents, tables, chairs, and trash removal. Provide on-site expertise to 3rd party clients at our facilities and ensuring that guest/client concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Serve as lead worker and direct part time staff. Assist full time staff with routine duties during the course of an event. Serve as on-site manager, as needed, to maintain quality control of event, rental and concession operations. Assist in the inventory and distribution of supplies and equipment. Assist in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of all designated areas of the Park District event spaces. Support all aspects of the Peoria Park District's safety program and follow all rules, policies and procedures. Ability to perform all other duties as assigned.
