C and C Search is are delighted to be partnering with a unique and friendly event space based in north London, seeking two new team members to join their growing business Job title: Event Coordinator Salary: GBP28,000: GBP32,000 + very good bonus Hours: 9:30:5:30, Monday to Friday are the standard hours BUT a member of the team will need to be present for evening and weekend events, all hours worked for events are made back in lieu, FLEX IS CRUCIAL Location: Finchley/Hampstead area Benefits: wonderful team, amazing coffee, holiday, bonus, pension, free parking USP: this is an amazing working environment with a close: knit and fun team, they are growing consistently and have an entrepreneurial, ideas welcome environment Duties: Managing event diary, appointments and calendars Showing guests around the venue, managing inbound requests Maintaining strong supplier relationships and negotiations Supporting event coordination, answer queries, organising suppliers and logistics, contracts and quotations Function sheets and logistics/health and safety Helping with budgets, filling in health and safety forms and venue: specific forms Updating socials media Overseeing functions Being entrepreneurial About you: You have events experience and are great at dealing with suppliers/negotiating Ideally, you will live locally You are a great relationship builder and love dealing with people You are truly passionate about events and supporting clients You have great level of written and spoken English You love to be helpful You are flexible Chloé Di Chiara: Hill : Director, lover of travel and parent to two house bunnies.
