About Robin Hills Farm Robin Hills Farm is an education and event center nestled in the rolling hills of Sylvan Township just outside of Chelsea, Michigan. We were founded in 2014 and exist to nurture our community and the land we live on. About the Opportunity As an Event Coordinator, your role will be exciting, varied, and critical to the success of the numerous events hosted at Robin Hills Farm. You will be key to the successful execution of our weekend events. Key responsibilities include: Onsite event management (greeting the client, assisting vendors or the decorating team, managing challenges as they arise, keeping up and cleaning of bathrooms, disposal of trash throughout the event, clean and reset the venue to prepare for a wedding or event the following day) Coordinating event details with the client prior to the event About You You are comfortable working with a variety of personalities and public speaking. You are organized, responsible, and reliable. You are professional and calm at all times, including under pressure.
