A Day In The Life Of A QMT With QCC: Perform administrative functions and use company communication channels to keep patient data current Provides first aid, emergency medical services, health examinations or medical services to patients Distribute medications to patients under the order of physicians and mental health Educates employees/patients in health and illness prevention Record and chart any data associated with incidents, health history, and injuries occurring at worksite Maintains inventory of equipment and supplies Exercises proper judgment when selecting methods and techniques for treatment You Would Thrive In This Position If: You love the spread of Mental Health and care about the health of those in unique demographics You have a background in settings such as Psch, Mental Health, Corrections, Hospital/ER etc You possess a measure of grit, backbone and discernment and are not easily persuaded You take pride in your work, charting and abilities to perform at the highest level You enjoy drama-free environments where you don’t have to deal with patient families, State Surveys, job responsibilities such as cleaning, bathing, lifting etc., and you are advocated and backed up by your company Location: Noble County Correctional Facility Shift Openings: Part-Time 8AM-12PM 1-2 days per week Requirements: Valid EMT, Paramedic or QMA/CMA licensure A minimum of six months of recent medical experience Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time Must be able to push, pull, reach, and bend frequently Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Nurse Benefits: Competitive compensation packages Paid time off Medical insurance (PPO or HSA) $1,200 annual company HSA contribution Dental Vision Short term disability Voluntary life, accident, and critical illness Pet Insurance Cancer Coverage Referral Program Employee Assistance Program Financial Wellness Program Employer paid long term disability, AD&D, and a $50,000 life insurance policy 401K with a 4% company match Powered by JazzHR
