As an Estimator for Pavilion Construction, you hold a key role in the project team handling procurement, bidding proposals and submissions, and have constant contact with project owners and prospective subcontractors. The Pavilion Construction estimator is the liaison to the project owner and the primary point of contact for the owner's consultants during the early phases of the project. Our estimators needs are organized, technically proficient in quantity takeoffs, able to think creatively, and love to communicate.. Enjoy drafting the Work/Management Plan and critical path schedule or a project. Enjoy finding better, less cost, and more efficient solutions towards delivering Owner's intentions.
