They will draft and review estate plans for clients, from modest to high-net-worth individuals, encompassing simple to complex and advanced estate, gift, and tax plans. This role requires maintaining strong relationships with clients and legal professionals.Duties:Meet with new and existing clients to discuss estate planning needsCultivate and maintain relationships with clients and legal professionalsDraft and review estate plans for a diverse client baseAddress a range of estate planning matters, including trust and estate administration and litigation, related business and real property issues, and tax law as pertains to related businessTake on increasing responsibility within the firmCollaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive legal servicesRequirements:License to practice law in California1-3 years of recent experience in Estate Planning in CaliforniaKnowledge and experience in trust and estate administration and litigation, related business and real property issues, and tax lawExcellent writing and communication skillsSuperior analytical, drafting, and research skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEnthusiastic, collaborative, and thoughtful approach to legal practicePreferred ties to or interest in living in Sonoma CountyEducation:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications:Active membership in the State Bar of California or ability to become a memberSkills:Strong analytical skillsExcellent communication and writing skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in legal researchTechnical expertise in estate planning mattersCollaborative and client-focused approach This firm has two law offices that are located in California.
