Responsibilities would include but not be limited to: Drafting of all letters and forms (i.e. summons and complaints, discovery demands, responses to discovery demands, motions, affirmations and affidavits, etc) Litigation calendar management Department project management General administrative duties; filing and scanning Required: Formal training and study as a paralegal ideal, minimum of 3 years experience. Bachelor's degree or higher. Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint. Experience with e-filing. Experience with Clio a plus. Salary Rage: 60k-75K Powered by JazzHR
