Role Overview : Esinteraction RECONNECT Trainee: In this fantastic opportunity, you will have the chance to embark on a 12:18 month Adult Care Worker Level 2 apprenticeship. As part of this role, your key responsibilities will include processing referrals and providing updates to the referrer regarding backssment outcomes. Youll also gain experience in conducting comprehensive needs backssments for suitable referrals and receiving support to maintain contact with and assist Service Users for six months post: release. Ensuring the safe delivery of a holistic service in alignment with individual and team targets is a crucial aspect of your role, necessitating close collaboration with your colleagues and active engagement with risk backssment processes to deliver a high: quality service securely.
