We are looking for professionals with passion, dedication and commitment to excellence. Full-time position (36-hour work week) with great benefits (401k, Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO and more) Position Purpose: Responsible for performing a variety of eServices duties which includes the accurate and timely processing of electronic payment duties. Keeps records and accounts accurate and current. Researches and resolves discrepancies and errors. Completes related reports, summaries, and records. Conducts special projects as assigned. Provides technical support to members, answers incoming calls, answers chats, troubleshoots problems, provides information, and answers questions. Ensures that members are promptly and professionally served. Is aligned with and promotes U1 values. Education/Certification: High school diploma or equivalent. College coursework in related field preferred. Experience Required: 2 years of Customer Service experience required; 6 months of financial institution experience required; Call center customer service and electronic payment experience preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities : Understanding of the Federal Reserve Banking System. Knowledge of basic accounting concepts and procedures including account reconciliation. Knowledge of Credit Union services, products, and regulations preferred. Knowledge of internet functions, word processing and spreadsheet applications, preferably Microsoft office software, and other basic business machines. Time management, planning, and organizational skills. Well organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex information clearly. Ability to interact with other departments and personnel.
