We are excited about the work we do and are looking for others who share the same drive and passionWeekly paychecks and Early AccessOptionStarting pay range - $25.00/HRFull-time ScheduleSunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 2pm - 10:30PMBenefitsMedical, dental and vision benefits after 30 days of employmentPaid Leave Time earnedEven more perks: 401K with company match, tuition reimbursement, on-site grocery store, discounted child care servicesand a wellness program that puts money back in your pocket for living a healthy lifestylePURPOSEResponsible for the prompt minor repairs and ongoing preventative maintenance of material handling equipmentJob ResponsibilitiesProvide recommendations to repair or replace poorly functioning equipmentEfficiently prioritizes repair schedule to ensure an uninterrupted production scheduleTroubleshoot equipment problems to include brake, electrical and hydraulic systems, detect imperfections, potential problems, safety issues and/or malfunctionsProvide improvements required to ensure compliance to safety regulation to DC and safety teamEnsure that department is appropriately stocked with part and tools needed to preform their jobUndertakes actions such as lubrication, cleaning, filter changes, etc, on equipment for preventive maintenance purposesReplace broken or defective parts from stock parts and/or order replacement parts for major repairsModify and tests equipment to improve systems uptime and reliabilityUpdates and reviews daily maintenance logsFollows all safety policies and procedures strictlyJob Requirements2-3 years of technical maintenance or related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education, experience and trainingExperience1-2 years of on-the-job experience with electronics and mechanical equipmentMachining and fabrication experience helpfulPreferred Knowledge/SkillsUnderstanding of Safety guidelinesAble to read and understand blueprints and technical reference manualsUnderstanding of equipment operation and maintenance proceduresExcellent mechanical aptitudeAbility to work well independentlyPhysical Environment/DemandsAbility to lift up to 75 pounds and to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist and turn frequentlyExposed to temperatures ranging from -20 degrees below zero to 35 degrees Fahrenheit in Perishable Operation and 37 degrees to 90 degrees Fahrenheit in Grocery OperationAbility to do repetitious arm, wrist and hand movements required for maintenance and service proceduresMust be able to work with hands and arms overhead, and to work in or under the equipmentRequires manual dexterity, overall coordination and good balance to work both at ground level and in high places to perform job duties.
